Known for visionary leadership and attention to detail, Ken is dedicated to providing a strong foundation for the next generation and driving innovation in education at Busy Bees.
Nur Jiwawati Aris
Managing Director, Malaysia
Ji brings over 30 years of experience in early childhood education. She began her journey with The children’s house, where she was actively involved in operations, curriculum development, facility enhancement and business development. With a background in International Business, she now leads successful corporate childcare initiatives. Her commitment to keeping early years education dynamic reflects her belief in nurturing young minds to become tomorrow’s leaders.

Andy joined Busy Bees in 2010 as a Senior Manager, inspired by the organisation’s meaningful impact on children’s lives. Over the years, he has played a key role in driving sustainable growth, expanding the network of centres while strengthening programmes to better meet the diverse needs of children and families. Guided by a steadfast child- and family-first philosophy, Andy leads with purpose and integrity, empowering a passionate and capable team to continue delivering every child the Best Start in Life.

With over 20 years of expertise in financial operations and digital transformation, Shirley joined Busy Bees in 2012 and became CFO in 2023. She led a digital finance transformation, streamlined processes and built a scalable team to support global expansion. Active in ISCA, Shirley drives Busy Bees' sustainable growth and financial health.

As COO of Busy Bees Singapore, Chrislyn ensures each brand thrives individually while leveraging the group's collective strength. With 20 years of experience in APAC operations, she drives growth, sustainability and exceptional learning outcomes, fostering a team culture of trust and accountability.
Helen Phung
COO, Busy Bees Vietnam
Helen, with over 20 years of experience in education, joined Busy Bees Vietnam as Country COO. She leads operations, curriculum, and compliance, driving strategic expansion and growth. Helen successfully relocated the headquarters from Hanoi to HCM, merging four brands into one and achieving over 100 billion VND in revenue. Her leadership fosters a motivated team, ensuring Busy Bees' continued success in Vietnam.
